At Silk Expert, we want you to feel as luxurious as our fabrics; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your silk garments and place them back in their original protective tissue and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
